Superbills Provided
While Jason is a private-pay provider, superbills are provided after each session so you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?
Jason is a private-pay provider and does not bill insurance directly. However, he can provide a superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Is a sliding scale available?
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for clients who demonstrate financial need. Please reach out to discuss whether this option might be available for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Life happens — reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payment is due at the time of service. Jason accepts all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other common payment methods for your convenience.
